Position Overview

Responsibilities


Recruiting & Sourcing
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using direct outreach, referrals, social platforms, and talent search tools.
• Screen and assess candidates, moving them through the process with strong communication and follow through.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, competition, and sourcing challenges.
Candidate & Stakeholder Engagement
• Partner closely with TA and hiring managers to align on search strategy and progress.
• Deliver an engaging, high quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with Talent Partners and Compensation teams to support competitive offer development.
Tools, Data & Process
• Maintain accurate and compliant candidate data within Workday Recruiting (preferred) or other ATS systems.
• Use recruiting metrics to track pipeline health and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
