HVAC DRAFTSMAN

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop HVAC shop drawings coordination drawings and as-built drawings in compliance with project specifications and design requirements.
• Generate detailed layouts for ductwork, chilled water piping and ventilation systems.
• Coordinate HVAC drawings with other MEP services to resolve any clashes or discrepancies.
• Ensure all drawings adhere to project standards, MEP codes and consultant requirements.
• Update drawings based on site conditions RFIs and consultant/client feedback.
• Assist site engineers and project managers by providing technical support through updated drawings and documentation.
• Maintain drawing records revision history and ensure timely submission of drawings to the engineering team.

Key Qualifications

• Diploma or Certification in Mechanical Drafting.
