HVAC Estimator & Project Manager

The Schebler Company is seeking a detail‑oriented and highly motivated HVAC Estimator & Project Manager to join our growing team. This role works closely with Estimators, Project Managers, Field Leaders, and Construction professionals to design, estimate, and manage complete HVAC systems for commercial, institutional, healthcare, and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate combines strong technical understanding, customer‑focused communication, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

This position reports to the Vice President of HVAC.
