Position Overview

Qualification:

  • B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

    • Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in the field.

    • Job Description:

    HVAC Systems Maintenance:

  • Oversee the operation of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, and exhaust systems.

  • Perform routine inspections including filter cleaning, refrigerant level checks, lubrication, and belt tensioning.

  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC electrical controls, motor starters, and VFDs.

    • Electrification & Power Systems (HT/LT, Transformers, DG Sets):

  • Operate and maintain transformers, HT breakers, LT panels.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance of switchgear, VCBs, ACBs, and protective relays.
  • Manage DG set operations, including testing, fuel management, and synchronizing panels.
  • Ensure proper functioning of earthing and lightning protection systems.
