Position Overview
Join Master Group as an HVAC Technical Support Advisor, providing vital support to HVAC-R technicians across Western Canada. In this hybrid role, you'll utilize your skills in troubleshooting and training customers and staff.
This position requires collaboration with technical services and product management teams to deliver exceptional after-sales service. With 5 to 10 years of HVAC-R experience, you will assist in resolving technical issues and facilitate training sessions. Troubleshooting HVAC-R equipment and acting as a resource for sales teams are key aspects of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support assistance for partner brands
• Troubleshoot HVAC-R equipment via phone and video
• Help resolve labor and material claims processes
• Facilitate start-ups of HVAC and VRF equipment
