Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Cleaning Contract Manager to join this highly successful and forward‑thinking organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate the on‑site hygiene team to deliver consistent, high‑quality cleaning and hygiene services within a food production environment.
• Maintain, review and audit all operational documentation, including cleaning schedules, risk assessments, instruction cards and training records.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety legislation, BRC standards, health & safety requirements and Mitie procedures.
• Oversee training, development and performance of hygiene operatives and supervisors, ensuring all training requirements are met.
