Position Overview
- Lead and manage data centre MEP construction projects from planning through to practical completion
- Take full accountability for quality, cost, programme, and safety across all MEP scopes
- Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, and documentation; flag risks and drive mitigation
- Manage subcontractor performance, contracts, progress claims, and invoice validation
- Coordinate QA/QC audits, site inspections, and engagement reviews throughout construction
- Handle contractual notices, variations, and project correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise with the commissioning team to ensure smooth transition from construction to T&C and final handover
- Support tendering activities when required
