IBM DataStage Developer

Position Description:

Experience in design and implementation of data pipelines using DataStage with strong SQL and decent Unix knowledge.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Should be able to
- create, review and understand technical and requirement documents
- participate in walkthrough reviews of technical specifications, programs, code and unit testing
- plan design and implementation ensuring solution quality
- estimate tasks/time require to perform design, coding and unit testing
- ensure highest quality standards are followed in the ETL pipelines designs and follow best practices
- perform detailed/technical analysis, coding, validation and documentation of new features
- perform data transformations, analysis, performance tunings and optimizations , etc.
