ICQA Area Lead — Inventory, Quality & Fulfillment Ops

Link-Worldwide is seeking an ICQA (Inventory Control & Quality Assurance) Area Manager Jr. for their Fulfillment Center in Cuautitlán Izcalli, Mexico. This entry-level position focuses on supervising safety, quality, and productivity, working closely with Area Managers and business leaders.

The ideal candidate will manage a team of 20-30 associates, develop action plans to enhance inventory accuracy, and ensure a compliant and safe work environment. English fluency and experience in process improvements are preferred.
