IL6S Jr Manager

Description

Purpose

Accountable for designing, deploying, and sustaining the IL6S system to maximize operational performance and equipment reliability. This role drives loss elimination (Identification, Eradication & Prevention), builds IL6S capabilities across lines, and ensures alignment between IL6S pillar strategy and site productivity targets (Gross Productivity & OGSM). Acts as a technical expert, change agent, and capability builder to drive zero breakdowns, zero defects, and zero accidents.

Main Responsibilities

• Loss Identification:
  Define and build E2E data collection capabilities thru system owner
  Build loss intelligence capabilities for daily understanding with Process Engineers and area support
  Conduct Quarterly & Yearly Loss Analysis for plant productivity commitments
  Identify Non-Value Activities through WPI tool
  Define GE, Waste, and Gross Productivity glidepaths
