Talent is seeking a Camp Manager to join the Number 16 Immersions programme in Gijón, Asturias. As a Camp Manager, you will lead and supervise participants while facilitating engaging cultural, educational, and outdoor activities. This role requires proven leadership experience and a commitment to creating a positive and supportive environment.

The ideal candidate must have a C2-level command of both English and Spanish, be responsible, energetic, and enjoy working with children. Flexibility in working irregular hours is essential. Live and work in a beautiful rural setting while making a difference!
