JOB DESCRIPTION: Implementation Specialist

Reports to: Implementation Team Lead

Location: Remote, with up to 25% travel to customer locations

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused implementation specialist to join our dynamic team. The implementation specialist will play a pivotal role in the successful onboarding of new customers to AvSight’s ERP software for the aviation industry. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure customers are onboarded successfully, seamlessly transitioning to AvSight. This role will require weekend availability, as needed, to support their project team in final preparations for customer go live dates that fall on a Monday.
