Import & Export Coordinator

We area third-party logistics (3PL) company providing reliable and efficient transport solutions for a wide range of cargo, including containerised, project, and special handling shipments. We are urgently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Import & Export Coordinator to support our daily operations and ensure smooth execution of transport jobs.

• Coordinate and follow up on daily trucking and shipment movements to ensure timely execution
• Liaise with shipping lines, agents, depots, and terminals for container release, collection, and empty container returns, including cost verification
• Plan and schedule import and export deliveries in accordance with customer requirements and operational constraints
• Coordinate closely with internal departments, customers, and consignees to ensure smooth depot and transportation arrangements
