Import Export Specialist

**A Snapshot of Your Day**As an Import Export Specialist for the Customs department, you will be responsible for the coordination and follow-up of import / export shipments, to have constant and proper communication with the different stakeholders, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and internal customs procedures.
**How You'll Make an Impact**- Coordinate import and export shipments from a customs perspective, excluding international and local logistics coordination.
- Send instructions to the customs broker for clearance through our General Trade Management (GTM) system.
- Monitor and follow up on the entire import/export customs process to ensure timely and compliant operations.
- Review and verify all documentation required for customs clearance, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and transport documents.
- Ensure accuracy in the customs declaration data and validate fields that may lead to potential penalties.
