Inbound Sales Closer

About the role

REM Waste is a UK-based waste management company working with 750+ suppliers nationwide. We’re growing our remote sales team and hiring Inbound Sales Closers to handle warm, pre-qualified leads — no cold calling, no prospecting. Your only job is to take the call and close it.

This role is built for someone who thrives on volume, owns their numbers, and doesn’t need a sales floor to perform.

What you’ll do

• Take inbound calls from prospects who are ready to buy
• Build rapport fast and guide them to a decision on the call
• Handle objections and close consistently — 10+ sales per day
• Hit weekly and monthly targets without being chased
• Keep your pipeline and activity logs accurate in our CRM

Who you are

• 3+ years in telesales, contact-centre sales, or phone-based closing
