Reports to: Senior Engineer

Functional Relationships with: Coordinate with manufacturing and IE Costing members for Kaizen activities planning and organizing and management.

Position Profile:
Based in: Yishun

Successful candidate will: Collaborate and participate in cost analysis, time study or productivity tracking to devise systems integrate Man, Machine, Material, and optimize operations and reduce waste.

• Conduct detailed process analysis on workflow, layout, resources and productivity to identify inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, insights and ideas for improvement and participate in cost reduction management.
