Industrial Engineer: Lean Line Optimization & Flow

Link-Worldwide is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer responsible for optimizing assembly line efficiency. In this role, you will analyze and define cycle times, implement work balance, and lead process improvement projects.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in time and motion studies and the ability to perform root cause analysis using various tools. This is a vital role to ensure optimal operations in our manufacturing facilities located in Baja California, Mexico.
