:What will you work on?
As the Influencer Content Creator Manager for Melissa Doug, you will amplify our brand voice through authentic, creator-led content. Reporting to the Senior Social Media Influencer Marketing Manager, you will build and scale our influencer ecosystem—from high-profile macro-influencers to everyday parents and educators—driving social commerce and fostering a passionate community of brand advocates.
How will you create impact?

  • Manage end-to-end influencer partnerships for non-agency campaigns, guiding creators from initial outreach and briefing to final content execution.

  • Oversee influencer negotiations, contract drafting, and compliance with brand guidelines and FTC regulations.

  • Design and launch an always-on Content Creator Program tailored to parents and educators to generate high-quality user-generated content (UGC).
