Position Overview

Responsibilities:


  • Provide legal advice and support on infrastructure finance transactions, including structuring, negotiating, and documenting complex financing arrangements.

  • Draft, negotiate, and review documentation such as loan agreements, security packages, intercreditor agreements, and ancillary documents.

  • Manage domestic and cross-border transactions and coordinate with external counsel and other stakeholders.

  • Liaise with internal teams and institutional clients to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct legal analysis and due diligence to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with infrastructure projects.

  • Stay informed on regulatory developments and market trends impacting infrastructure finance and provide guidance accordingly.
  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • You must have the right to work and be eligible to practice as a lawyer in the UK.
