Job Description

What’s the role?

The role is responsible for owning the operational performance, stability and roadmap of network tooling and observability services, ensuring platforms are reliable, secure and scalable while translating business needs into effective tooling, driving automation, and partnering across engineering, SRE, network and security teams to deliver continuous improvement and strategic outcomes.

• Own the health, availability and roadmap of network tooling and observability platforms, ensuring alignment to enterprise standards and resilience strategies
• Ensure network data is effectively ingested into observability tools to support end-to-end monitoring, diagnostics and incident response
• Lead vendor management, licensing strategies and cost optimisation while supporting transition and uplift initiatives
