Director of Rooms | Luxury Resort - Los Cabos

We are currently seeking a Director of Rooms to lead the Rooms Division of Grand Hyatt Los Cabos, an international luxury resort.

We are looking for a service-driven and detail-oriented leader, capable of ensuring exceptional guest experiences while optimizing operational efficiency across all rooms-related departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services operations.
• Ensure service excellence and guest satisfaction standards.
• Maintain brand standards and operational compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a senior Rooms Division role within luxury hospitality.
• Proven track record in guest experience and service delivery.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
