Inpatient Medical Coder (PHRN/Allied) - CCS/CIC, Hybrid

Tap Growth ai is seeking a highly detail-oriented Inpatient Medical Coder to join their expanding team in Manila. This role involves accurate coding of inpatient medical records while ensuring compliance with coding standards and regulatory requirements in both clinical and BPO/CPO environments.

The ideal candidate must be a PHRN or a Medical Allied graduate with CCS and/or CIC Certification and at least 1 year of inpatient medical coding experience. Strong knowledge of coding guidelines and good communication skills for both voice and non-voice tasks are essential.
