Inpatient Older Adult Rehab Support Worker

NHS Lanarkshire is seeking a generic Support Worker to help deliver rehabilitation for older adults in an in-patient hospital setting. You will work closely with occupational therapy and physiotherapy teams to support patients’ goals and discharge planning.

Applicants should have SVQ III in healthcare or equivalent experience, be able to work in a multidisciplinary team, and have strong communication skills. A full UK/EU/EEA driving licence is required.
