Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction · Handle showroom walk-in customers · Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable hardware products Product Guidance · Explain product details related to locks, handles, fittings, tools, and building hardware materials Lead Management · Follow up on customer enquiries and leads · Maintain regular customer communication and relationship Sales Coordination · Prepare quotations and share product details · Coordinate with warehouse / purchase team for stock availability Order Processing · Ensure smooth order processing and delivery coordination · Maintain proper sales and customer records
