Position Overview

Ravel is a fast-growing personalized haircare brand, featured on Shark Tank India and listed on the BSE. Every month, thousands of people add our products to their cart and stop one step short of checkout. Your job is to call them back and close the sale.
The best part: no cold calling. Every person you speak to already chose the product and added it to cart. You are not convincing strangers, you are helping warm, interested customers finish what they started.
Responsibilities:
Call customers who left items in their cart and help them complete the order
Answer questions about products, pricing, and delivery with confidence
Convert hesitation into confirmed sales against a clear monthly target
Log every call and outcome accurately in our CRM
Identify common drop-off reasons and share insights so we fix them at the source
Requirements:
Confidence on the phone and a voice customers trust
Strong listening skills and a natural ability to close
