Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to qualified SME leads across India
Deliver product demos of Swipe's invoicing, GST, and payment features via phone/video
Own the full sales cycle from first contact to closure and onboarding handoff
Maintain CRM records, pipeline data, and daily activity logs
Meet and exceed monthly revenue, conversion, and activity targets
Leverage regional language fluency to increase conversions in target markets
Language Requirements:
English & Hindi — Mandatory
Tamil / Marathi / Malayalam / Kannada — Preferred (advantage)
Candidates fluent in 3+ languages will be prioritised
Qualifications:
Fluency in English and Hindi (non-negotiable)
Willingness to relocate to Hyderabad
Strong communication and active listening skills
Prior inside sales / telecalling / B2B SaaS experience preferred
Familiarity with GST, invoicing, or CRM tools is a plus
Any Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, BA, BSc, etc.)...
