Instructional Designer for SaaS Product Training

Coupa is seeking an Instructional Designer to create and maintain best-in-class learning content for Coupa Product training serving customers, partners, and employees. You will apply instructional design theory and evidence-based practices to close performance gaps.

You will collaborate with SMEs, develop multi-modal curricula (online, ILT, vILT), and own the end-to-end content lifecycle, using Articulate 360, Camtasia, and Asana to deliver engaging experiences.
