Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Instrumentation Assembly Technician to support the assembly of complex rake and optical probe assemblies. This role is focused exclusively on the hands-on assembly of standard instrumentation, including temperature measurement devices, thermocouples, and pressure-related components. The successful candidate will bring a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently on highly complex, multi-part assemblies. In addition to executing assembly tasks, this individual is expected to provide constructive technical feedback to the project lead regarding assembly processes, tooling, and opportunities for improvement. This role is well suited for someone with a prototype or fabrication background who is comfortable working in a build environment that requires precision, consistency, and thoughtful problem-solving.
