Role Overview

As an Insurance Coordinator, you will handle the coordination and processing of health insurance claims and approvals, ensuring excellent service to clients and partners. As part of our team in Jumeirah Beach Road, you'll work in an ONSITE environment and play a pivotal role in sustaining strong relationships with insurance providers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Process and submit insurance claims and pre-approvals in compliance with company guidelines.
• Liaise with insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims and secure necessary approvals.
• Review patients’ insurance coverage and advise on eligible services and benefits.
• Maintain updated records of insurance transactions and authorization logs.
