Insurance Customer Experience Specialist

Jobtailor in Malaysia seeks a customer service executive to support General and Life Insurance needs for walk-in clients. You will assist with purchases, renewals, endorsements, inquiries, and claims processing, and handle CBC payments.

You will also provide multi-channel support, maintain product knowledge, prepare reports for the Accounts Department, and ensure accurate receipts and secure handling of cash.
