Insurance Manager

About the Role As Insurance Manager – Non-Life Insurance, you’ll oversee sales, underwriting coordination, policy administration, claims management, and team leadership. You’ll ensure efficient delivery of products while achieving revenue targets and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to grow non-life insurance sales
• Acquire new corporate and individual clients while nurturing existing accounts
• Oversee policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
• Assist clients with claims filing and resolution
• Coordinate underwriting requirements and negotiate favorable terms
• Ensure compliance with Insurance Commission regulations
• Lead and mentor insurance officers and account executives
• Prepare reports and monitor KPIs for business performance
