Insurance Operations (Chinese Speaker)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our Hong Kong Contact Center – Helpdesk team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, managing client communications, and ensuring smooth daily operations in alignment with established procedures and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to clients via phone and email.
• Handle email correspondences and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective issue resolution.
• Ensure all outputs (calls, emails, tasks) meet quality standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Assist in testing and supporting new systems and tools.
• Support ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned.
• Collaborate effectively as a team player to achieve contact center KPIs.
