Intake & Crisis Services Specialist (Freelance)

The Intake Worker at the Family Service Centre (FSC) will manage a steady intake caseload and conduct intake sessions to assess needs and determine referrals. You will provide information and connect clients with appropriate internal and partner resources, including crisis supports, while maintaining accurate documentation.

The role requires strong counselling, case management, and collaboration with community partners. Shifts are 4 hours, with a fixed schedule to support work-life balance.
