Summary About the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the ST-IC-W1U301 US ARMY INTELLIGENCE AND SECURITY CMD. Responsibilities Serve as an Intelligence Specialist and Counterintelligence (CI) Special Agent in the Military Civilian Excepted Career Program (MICECP). Make operational decisions, initiate actions, and set precedents based on interpretation of policy concerning development and implementation of operational plans and concepts. Plan, oversee, and conduct the full range of Counterintelligence (CI) and Counterespionage (CE) investigations. Prepare and implement associated CI operational reports, plans, and memoranda.
