The primary purpose of this position is: The Foreign Disclosure Officer (FDO) is charged with disclosure duties for all functions and subordinate organizations within the USAFE-AFARICA Command. Responsibilities Formulates and provides foreign disclosure guidance, recommendations, intelligence engagement policy and agreements for the HQ USAFE-AFAFRICA staff and all subordinate units based on US policy interests in accordance with President of the United States (POTUS), DoD and US State Department policy directives, pertaining to European and African engagements. Develops and provides foreign disclosure policy and decisions for all USAFE-AFAFRICA TheaterSecurity Cooperation (TSC) engagements with the SAF/IA, EUCOM, AFRICOM, US Central Command (CENTCOM) and USAFE-AFAFRICA field units.
