Interim Director

Bruno Childcare Centre (BCC), serving families since October 2023, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Centre Director. Located in Bruno, Saskatchewan, BCC supports families within a 40 km radius. The licensed centre cares for up to 30 children ages 18 months to 5 years, with a before- and after-school program. Hours are 6 AM6 PM, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

Procedures & Compliance

• Develop and implement daily procedures.
• Ensure compliance with The Child Care Act and Regulations of Saskatchewan.

Board Engagement

• Attend board meetings, providing reports and advice.
• Collaborate on strategic decisions.

Financial Oversight

• Handle billing, payroll, payables/receivables.
• Purchase supplies/services within budget.

Licensing

• Complete annual licensing requirements.
• Maintain full regulatory compliance.
