Team Coordination & Operational Support
- Coordinate daily activities of the Facilities team, including task planning, scheduling, and workload allocation
- Serve as a key point of contact, ensuring efficient operational support to researchers and staff
- Define, monitor, and report KPIs to assess team performance and service quality
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of Facilities processes
Space, Workplace & Logistics Management
- Oversee space planning and allocation for offices and laboratories to optimize resource utilization
- Coordinate workspace setup, reconfigurations, onboarding/offboarding logistics, and internal moves in collaboration with Facility Management
