Interior Designer-BIM

The Interior Designer-BIM is a key role that bridges creative design intent and technical execution reporting to Interior Design Manager. This professional is responsible for developing managing and coordinating the Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and documentation for high-end hospitality projects (e.g. hotels resorts restaurants) and unique special projects. The ideal candidate ensures design integrity is maintained through precise and clash-free technical documentation.

• BIM Model Development & Management:

• Develop and maintain detailed interior design BIM models (primarily in Revit) from concept through construction documentation.
• Manage model health including troubleshooting issues optimizing performance and enforcing project standards.
• Create and manage families parameters and templates specific to interior design and hospitality FF&E (Furniture Fixtures and Equipment).
