Project Lead Carpenter

We are looking for a Project Lead Carpenter to oversee field activities, mentor crew members, and ensure projects meet our high standards.

• On‑site demo, framing, millwork, flooring, drywall, mud/tape, and paint
• Install doors, casings, base, and trim
• Maintain communication with clients and subcontractors
• Perform quality control inspections

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Read and interpret blueprints
• Strong organization and adherence to construction schedules
• Experience in home renovations
• Effective communication with clients and subcontractors
