Interior Designer cum Site Executor (Super Luxury Vertical Bungalow)

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Client Management

• Concept Development: Create design layouts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations using tools like AutoCAD , SketchUp , or 3ds Max to present concepts.
• Material Selection: Source and select materials, finishes, lighting, and custom furniture that align with the client’s budget and aesthetic.

2. Project Execution & Site Supervision

• Site Management: Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring the structural and aesthetic integrity of the design.
• Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Direct and manage subcontractors, carpenters, plumbers, and electricians to ensure high-quality workmanship.
