Interior Designer

This position provides ID support and project management to the company.

• Recognize and understand clients’ design requirements.
• Prepare on space planning for commercial offices, residential and retail spaces.
• Liaison with suppliers and contractors
• Liaise with client's representatives with regards to all site matters with proper documentation
• Manage projects to meet deadlines and budgets

• Project planning and coordination (including the design conceptualization, materials and colour scheme specifications)
• Presentation of design proposal
• Managing clients
• Technical skills (such as Sketchup, Autocad)
• Cost management during WIP
