Key Responsibilities:
• Perform hardware roll-outs and refreshes for PCs and laptops
• Install and support software applications efficiently
• Troubleshoot deskside hardware and network problems
• Provide first level Help Desk support to clients
• Respond to calls from the National Dispatch Center
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of relevant field service experience
• A+ certification required, other vendor certs preferable
