Skills & Experience:
3 years of Back-End Software Development experience (non-negotiable)
Strong Java and Spring Boot expertise
Experience across the full Software Development Lifecycle
RESTful API design and development experience
SQL and database optimisation skills
Exposure to AWS or cloud technologies
Understanding of Microservices Architecture
Kafka or Event-Driven Architecture experience is advantageous
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
