The Guest Services Team creates the first impression for arriving property guests. We direct vehicular flow at the driveway in close collaboration with the Valet Team. We greet and welcome all guests upon arrival, direct them to the check‑in desk, and help them enjoy an unforgettable experience. We also provide efficient luggage handling (arrival and departure), temporary luggage storage for in‑house guests and hotel patrons, item delivery assistance, and escort guests to their rooms. We explain the use of in‑room amenities and facilities and address any guest requests or queries.
