Position Overview

+ Respond to and assist with customer inquiries received through email, phone, and other communication channels.

+ Support customer service activities by addressing non-technical requests and directing inquiries to the appropriate teams.

+ Assist with opening and maintaining customer projects by gathering required information, documentation, and product details.

+ Help coordinate communication between customers and internal departments to ensure timely and effective service delivery.

+ Maintain and update customer records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

+ Support data entry, document management, and administrative tasks related to customer accounts and projects.

+ Assist in tracking project status, customer requests, and follow-up actions.
