Internal Engagement & Social Responsibility Manager

The MXL You Manager is responsible for developing and managing MXL You, an internal employee initiative that enhances opportunities for employees in four key areas: Cares, Connect, Wellness, and Learn, as well as overseeing the company's social and community service efforts.This role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating programs that support employee engagement, development, and social responsibility.
