Job Title: Internal Mobility Partner (Internal Recruiter)
Location: Hybrid Work Model Reporting to Pensacola, FL or Winchester, VA.
Pay Rate: $27/hr. W2

Description
The Internal Mobility Partner I / Internal Recruiter will assist the Sr Program Manager of Internal Mobility, and the Internal Mobility Team, in the development and maintenance of partnerships with hiring leaders, internal candidate pools, and cross functional teams to deliver candidates for client's hiring needs.
Will provide partnership to develop and recommend recruiting strategies to identify internal candidates and assemble a diverse pipeline of talent, with limited oversight, leverages various recruiting strategies and techniques to identify candidates and assemble a diverse pipeline of talent.
