Internal Sales and Workshop Administration

Our esteemed client is a leading distributor of precision surveying, construction testing equipment, and nuclear gauges in Southern Africa, with nearly 90 years of industry presence.

We are seeking an experienced administrator for Internal Sales and Workshop Administration to support both the commercial and technical sides of the business. This role is located in Johannesburg .

Job Responsibilities:

• Telephonic enquiries, email enquiries, counter sales enquiries (customer walk‑in) and orders from customers on Ariba, Coupa and other portals.
• Drawing up quotations on repairs, spares, following up on quotations from the workshop.
• Generate invoices as required.
• General office duties to be performed as and when required.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and provide assistance with problems these customers may encounter.
