Responsibilities:
As an International Mobility (IM) Inbound Specialist, you will be responsible for managing international assignees, new joiners, and transfers at the local level.
This includes overseeing logistics, handling relocation details, and managing transactional activities throughout the relocation process.
You will ensure compliance with local laws regarding work permits and other legal documentation. Acting as the primary IM expert for inbound mobilisations, you will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, employees, and business units to facilitate a seamless transition.
Your role involves coordinating local logistics such as immigration, medical visits, government registrations, and liaising with external relocation agents.
