Position Overview

Description

:

The opportunity

Join an innovative R&D team shaping high voltage technologies. You will contribute to the simulation and analysis of thermo-fluid phenomena relevant to switching performance and thermal behavior in gas circuit breakers. The work combines numerical simulation, data analysis, and engineering evaluation, supporting ongoing product development activities. You will work in a multidisciplinary R&D environment and collaborate with experienced engineers and researchers in the field of high-voltage technology. Bring your curiosity and make an impact from day one. The duration of the internship is 6 - 12 months.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Setup and run 2D and 3D CFD simulations

  • Perform thermo-fluid simulations using ANSYS Fluent

  • Analyze and evaluate simulation and experimental data

  • Post-process results using internal engineering tools
